ABOUT THE FILM:
In 1875 Argentina, young military deserter Martin (Rory Calhoun) and his horse lead a group of gauchos against the industrialization of the Pampas, cross the Andes with aristocratic beauty Teresa (Gene Tierney), and face the harsh consequences of a life on the run.
