Based on Terry McMillan’s novel, Whitney Houston and Angela Bassett star in WAITING TO EXHALE, a film that follows the lives and loves of four women who are in search of true love. Savannah, Bernadine, Robin and Gloria are successful in business but their love lives are bankrupt. As men breeze in and out of their lives, the women grow closer and find strength in each other.
