ABOUT THE FILM Art Carney and Lily Tomlin star as an aging, broke private detective and the dizzy client for whose cat the detective is searching in THE LATE SHOW. When private detective Ira Wells’ (Carney) partner is murdered, Wells reluctantly takes over his partner’s open case: locating Margo’s (Tomlin) missing cat.
