ABOUT THE FILM Sebastian Godwin’s directorial debut HOMEBOUND is the sort of under-your-skin, insidious horror film that fans of twisted tales in the vein of FUNNY GAMES will simply not want to miss. Somewhere in England Richard is taking his new girlfriend Holly to meet his children from a previous marriage – understandably Holly is nervous about the whole weekend as well as having to meet Richard’s ex-wife. However, things take a turn for the sinister when the couple find the children alone and their mother seemingly missing. Even stranger is the children’s attitude, which seems to hide a sinister truth underneath their joyful exterior.
